In the 2nd episode of catching predators, the team once again consists of Freeze and Xander. The Minor Defense Force team conducts ongoing investigations to catch predators seeking out children online using any apps necessary. In this episode MDF meets "DJ Roger" from Mooresville, North Carolina.

Robert Smith, AKA DJ Roger aka Silver_Mage was an living in a hotel room with his wife in Winston Salem, NC when hee messaged our decoy, posing as 15 year old Olivia.

DJ Wanted sexual activity with the child, and asked her to come meet at a Starbucks in Winston Salem, NC; with plans to get her coffee, give her a ride on a moped, and perform statutory rape with a Minor.

Crime #1 - Sexual Exploitation of a Minor/ Solicitation of a Child by Computer

Under North Carolina law G.S. 14-202.3, a person can be charged with solicitation of a child by computer if he or she knowingly and intentionally uses a computer or other electronic device to coerce, entice, or order a child under the age of 16 to meet with him or her or any other person to engage in unlawful sexual activity. The person must be at least 16 years old and at least five years older than the victim to be charged with solicitation of a child by computer. Notably, a defendant can be convicted of solicitation of a child by computer even if he or she is not actually communicating with a child younger than 16 and five years younger than the defendant, if the defendant believes that he or she is communicating with a child who is under the age of 16 and at least five years younger than the defendant.

Robert Smith allegedly commits Solicitation by asking Olivia to meet in real life after having asked her her interests, both regular and sexual.

Then Robert Smith goes on to discuss sexual stuff even after saying he knew sexual stuff was already a no.

While Roger's speech never gets too descriptive in sexual nature, he spends some time fawning over her, double messaging constantly out of fear of losing this child.
